Colour temperature, luminous flux, CRI and beam angle depend on the selected GU10 bulb. This makes it possible to choose, for example, warm white light for a more atmospheric terrace or a suitable beam angle for functional illumination around an entrance.
The maximum permitted bulb length is 60 mm. The fixture does not require an additional driver, while dimming capability depends on the selected GU10 bulb and a compatible dimming system.
IP44 for Outdoor Applications
Kos Round 140 Coastal has an IP44 rating and is designed for outdoor use and demanding environmental conditions. It can be used as ceiling lighting under covered terraces, balconies, entrance areas and other suitably designed outdoor spaces.
The Coastal collection is also intended for coastal applications. The manufacturer specifies the fixture as suitable for use within five miles, approximately 8 km, of the coast, as well as in other demanding environmental conditions.
