48V Dual-Circuit In-Track Power Supply for Multiline Magnetic Tracks
This internal 48V power supply fits directly into the magnetic track, keeping the installation neat while powering two separate groups of L1/L2 luminaires. Its integrated design reduces the number and visibility of technical components. Ideal for interiors where lighting should complement the architecture, it allows a single power supply to serve two independent circuits.
In practice, this means dividing the track lighting into two groups. One can provide general illumination using fixtures such as Stripe L1/L2 or Epos Dots L1/L2, while the other delivers directional or accent lighting for selected areas using S55 L1/L2 spotlights or mini Dots L1/L2.
Two Circuits and Two Power Options
The power supply delivers 48V DC to two independent circuits. Two versions are available to match the number and power requirements of the connected luminaires:
- 100W + 100W – up to 100W per circuit.
- 200W + 200W – up to 200W per circuit.
Calculate the total load separately for each circuit, allowing spare capacity for future expansion. This arrangement lets you assign general and accent lighting to separate groups within the same track.
System Compatibility
Installation directly inside the track helps create a clean lighting layout in homes, offices and retail spaces. Before choosing the power supply, confirm its mechanical and electrical compatibility with the dual-circuit track and luminaires. It is designed exclusively for Multiline tracks.
The simplest option is to use luminaires marked L1/L2. These feature a small switch on the housing that lets you select circuit L1 or L2. Another useful feature is the choice between warm white 3000K and neutral white 4000K: the light colour is set automatically according to the orientation in which the luminaire is inserted into the track.
This offers an affordable way to create lighting for different activities. One group can provide neutral white light for work, while the other can be switched on in the evening to create a warm, relaxing atmosphere.
