Astro Mast Light Coastal is a compact outdoor wall light with a minimalist form, designed to provide subtle downward illumination along exterior walls. Its simple, slightly tapered shape works well with both contemporary architecture and more natural settings featuring stone, wood or concrete. The collection is available in six finishes, ranging from cast concrete in several colours to decorative glazed ceramic.
Mast Light Coastal is suitable for entrance areas, facades, terraces, balconies, pathways and exterior walls of residential and commercial buildings. The light is directed downwards, gently highlighting the wall surface and illuminating the area below the fixture without unnecessary upward light spill.
6 Finishes – Concrete or Glazed Ceramic
The same Astro Mast Light Coastal design is available in six different finishes, making it easy to coordinate the wall light with the colour and material of the facade. Four variants are made from cast concrete, while two are produced from pressed ceramic with a glossy glazed finish.

The concrete versions emphasise the natural, slightly raw texture of the material, making them particularly suitable for modern architecture, minimalist designs and buildings using natural finishes. The glazed ceramic variants provide a smoother, more uniform and reflective surface, making Mast Light Coastal a stronger decorative element.
Outdoor Wall Light with Replaceable GU10 Light Source
Astro Mast Light Coastal uses one replaceable GU10 LED light source with a maximum power of 6W. The bulb is not included, allowing the user to select the colour temperature, luminous flux and beam angle according to the required lighting effect.
The maximum permitted bulb length is 58 mm. The fixture does not require an additional driver and connects directly to the mains supply. Dimming capability depends on the selected GU10 bulb and a compatible dimming system.
Downward-Directed Light
A distinctive feature of Mast Light Coastal is its single-direction light output, directed downwards. This configuration highlights the texture of the facade, illuminates entrance areas and creates a regular rhythm of light along exterior walls. Limiting upward light also helps maintain a more subtle and controlled outdoor lighting effect after dark.
Several wall lights installed at equal intervals can create a consistent lighting composition along a long facade, terrace or pathway. The compact dimensions allow the fixture to remain discreet during the day, while after dark the lighting effect becomes the main visual feature.
Mast Light Coastal – Designed for Facades and Demanding Outdoor Conditions
The collection has been designed for outdoor applications, including coastal environments. The manufacturer specifies Mast Light Coastal as suitable for use within five miles, approximately 8 km, of the coast, as well as in other demanding environmental conditions.
The IP44 rating provides protection against solid objects larger than 1 mm and splashing water. This makes the wall light suitable for exterior building walls when installed in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.
