Why is it worth investing in LED lighting?

Poland is one of the EU countries where the price for electricity far exceeds the capabilities of most of our countrymen. At the outset, it is worth noting that as of 1 January 2014, earnings in Poland increased, and this is because the lowest salary is no longer 1,600 zlotys, and 1680 zlotys gross. The electricity also stood up a bit, however, it does not justify the fact that it is still much more expensive than our Eastern and Western neighbors.

Vitality - a feature of every good device and not only

A lot of families have devices in their home that, although they are already 20 years old, still function and do not show signs of depletion. What is interesting is that older devices usually charge a lot of power, and if today's modern refrigerator consumes just 120 watts, the older Silesia takes around 180 watts. Technology is developing in the right direction because many companies focus on energy efficiency. In the case of bulbs, this issue is very visible.
An ordinary 40 Watt filament lamp will cost about 5-7 PLN and can be used for around 5 years. The "LED bulb" is much more expensive, however, the one with a power of just 5 Watt will be shining brighter than the usual 40 Watt bulbs and can last even 20 years. The applications are simple: A simple light bulb is cheaper to buy, but more expensive to use. LED lighting is a bit more expensive only when buying, but after a while returns in the form of lower electricity bills.

LED lighting - only pros without minuses?

There are not many devices in the world that have only pros, and do not have disadvantages. LED lighting is a great technological invention that has virtually the same advantages:
- working time up to 50,000 hours - low voltage supply - low heat emission - shock resistance - very small size - variety of colors - low power consumption but very large illumination.
Is it worth investing in LED lighting? Yes, it is a very good solution, because from statistics we know that energy-saving in the case of LED lighting is nearly 80% lower bills for the lighting itself. Take a look at one example that perfectly demonstrates how efficient LED lighting is.
If the average family uses bulbs with a total capacity of 250 Watt for 4 hours a day, after a month will pay 18 PLN for light. The cost of light bulbs is about 25 zlotys. If, however, the same family exchanges their lighting with modern LEDs for 150 PLN, using them for 4 hours a day gives us a monthly bill of up to 3 PLN. Applications should overlap themselves. The investment in LED lighting returns after a few months, and then we can forget about the fees for light, because they are penny matters.
The investment in LED lighting is very profitable and more and more families decide to take such a step. It is estimated that in 2020, all families will use white LED light, and electricity bills can be reduced by up to 25%.
