Linear LED lighting in suspended ceilings or walls

The latest trend in lighting is light lines, i.e. ready-made lamps or sets (appropriately selected aluminum profile and LED strip). While lamps from companies such as AQFORM, BPM Lighting or Elkim are ready-made products and only require connection to a power supply, an attempt to create such a solution for our interior requires explanation. Firstly, to obtain the effect of linear lighting, an appropriate aluminum profile is required, which is deep enough and equipped with an appropriate cover so that the light has room to disperse. Secondly, LED strips should be equipped with an appropriate number of diodes, a minimum of 70 diodes per 1 meter is recommended, preferably 120 or more. Products selected in this way will allow us to enjoy uniform lighting along the entire length, without visible light points. Depending on the selected profile, 1 or 2 strips can be mounted in its center, and in the case of the Sekodu profile even 4 LED strips, which allows you to create different lighting variants depending on your needs. In the case of mounting 2 or more strips in the middle of the profile, it is suggested to arrange them in an overlapping manner. This type of solution can be mounted both in suspended ceilings and in walls. Such a construction will create beautiful and modern decorative light.
